The procedure outlined here must be used for employees expected to be working outside of the United States for over 30 calendar days.
An Exception request process exists for employees who are currently (since August 2021), or who will be in the future, working in a state outside of Minnesota.
Unit Recruiters must add all search committee members in the Recruiting Solutions > Job Opening page > Job Details > Hiring Team.
Note that prior to search committee members viewing job applicants, the unit recruiters must add search committee members via Recruiting Solutions > Job Opening page > Job Details > Hiring Team.
This process should be used when an employee’s payment (physical check or direct deposit) needs to be stopped and\or replaced.
External applicants are required to identify and notate on their application whether a conflict of interest exists for the position to which they are applying.
Unit Recruiters will be responsible for reviewing and providing comments on Conflicts of Interest for any candidates brought in for an interview.
A job opening may be shared online with applicants using a streamlined link format and a customizable graphic.
Data management queries find exception alerts. These exception queries are located in the Reporting Center.
