Welcome to the Office of Human Resources!

The Training Services website contains tools to enhance your experience as a new employee. On the navigation bar, you will find several labelled sections:

The employee job summary (called Workforce Job Summary) contains information about the pay period, pay components, and distribution details for an employee.

Schedules are identified and assigned in HRMS for employees with set schedules (e.g., Monday– Friday, 8 hours a day = 40 hours each week).

Time reporters must submit time via an electronic timesheet in MyU. Best practice is to report time daily.

The Page Summary is intended as a visual reference. Employees reporting hourly time will complete an electronic punch timesheet in HRMS in order to be paid for their work.

All positions must have a Position Status of “Approved” and a Status of “Active” before units can use position data, including creating a job posting based on the position.
