This glossary lists all the available Queries, Reports and Dashboards available within the Human Resources section of the Reporting Center.

There are three required addresses for University of Minnesota employees: Home Address, Campus Mail Address, and Office Location Address.

Unit Recruiters must add all search committee members in the Recruiting Solutions > Job Opening page > Job Details > Hiring Team.

Recruiters can use the Group Actions feature on job openings in order to perform updates to multiple
job openings at once. Group Actions that can be completed include:

Unit position information is located in HRMS > Organizational Development. 
Hiring managers create job offers by accessing the Recruiting Home page in HRMS. The online training course, "Hiring Managers Offer, Accept, and Prepare for Hire," demonstrates the process in detail.
Note that a Person or Person of Interest (POI) does not typically have a paid appointment with the University. There are 5 steps to adding a Person/POI in HRMS.
