A summary of the Leave of Absence types administered by the central Leave of Absence unit versus the employee's department. Refer also to the OHR Ops Resources in the Related Resources for a chart of responsibilities.
Several reports for leave of absence data are available in the Reporting Center. The reports listed below include information on expected return date, and leaves by employee over previous 24 months.  For data specific to FMLA, refer to the Queries to Monitor FMLA resource.

All FMLA leaves (other than intermittent) must be entered into Job Data.

Tenure and Continuous data for Academic employees must be entered in HRMS Workforce Administration upon hire. This data also requires updates due to promotion, change in status, or departure from the U.

Corrections to certain fields in Job Data are made due to an inaccuracy in the employee Job Data. At a unit's request, Central OHR would make the needed correction. A sequence "0" identifies the first row of data. An Effective Sequence greater than "0" identifies a new row of data.
The Payroll Update is intended for units to submit corrections to pay during the payroll close process.
