After setting up an employee's Summer Appointment and Additional Pay, verify and/or update the funding in UM Distribution Entry. In the case that an update to funding is needed, this step would require collaboration between the appointment entry person and the unit payroll person.
Employees with multiple appointments will see all appointments listed in My Time and identified by the job title and department. These steps are intended to help you navigate to each of your jobs in My Time and to distinguish between them.
