Hiring managers create job offers by accessing the Recruiting Home page in HRMS. The online training course, "Hiring Managers Offer, Accept, and Prepare for Hire," demonstrates the process in detail.

Action Reason Codes

Action Reason Codes are used in Job Data. A specific Action and Reason must be entered for a new hire or for a change to an employee's record in Job Data. Training is required in Appointment Entry. See the HRMS Training Requirements.
