For changes from “Tenure Track” to “Tenured”, the steps are as follows:

Tenure and Continuous data for Academic employees must be entered in HRMS Workforce Administration upon hire. This data also requires updates due to promotion, change in status, or departure from the U.

All FMLA leaves (other than intermittent) must be entered into Job Data.

The Manage Hires page in HRMS must be completed prior to entering the new hire's appointment information.
